Work steps and deadlines
Step №1: introduction
Before we proceed to the cooperation, I prefer get to know more about the client, the project and the main idea to provide detailed information about the working conditions. After, I get acquainted with the project and study technical assignment in detail, ask questions, request missing information if necessary.
The discussion of cooperation is possible in the option of texts/phone call/video meeting at the customer’s choice.
Step №2: approval of terms and conditions
Only after a detailed study of the technical assignment and the specifics of the project, I provide the detailed information on the cost and time of execution. This step is necessary because the deadlines and costs are individual and depend on the complexity of the design solutions, project size and other features.
Step №3: conclusion of agreement, prepayment and the beginning of my work
After final approval of the terms of cooperation, I send you a ready contract for signature. After signing the contract, the customer makes a prepayment of 50% of the cost of the room and my work starts. On average, it takes from 1 to 3 business days per room from start to delivery of the drafts.
Step №4: drafts and the first round of editing
When ready, I send the draft versions in a format convenient for you (via messenger, mail, link to disk, etc.). The drafts are provided with a noise level of 4.5-5%, without post-processing.
The client studies the drafts and provides edits if necessary (all corrections must be sent in one document!). The change rate for the first round should not exceed 30% of the original project concept. The deadline for one round of editing is from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the quantity of corrections.
Step №5: the second round of editing
The client studies the revised draft versions and provides a second round of corrections if necessary. The change percentage for the second editing round should not exceed 15% of the original project concept.
Step №5: approval of the final concept and work on the final renders
After all the editing rounds are done, we approve the final concept and I start preparing the final renderers. Additional corrections are discussed individually and additionally paid (usually 20% of the room cost).
The work on the final renders takes from 1 to 3 business days (based on the reference of 60 minutes — 2 hours per frame). Renderings are provided in high resolution+post processing.
Final step: final payment and transfer of renderings
I notify the client when the final versions are ready and prepare the renderings on any medium convenient for you (Google Disk/Yandex Disk/mail/etc.). After that you enter the final payment (50%) and I immediately send you a link to the file with final renderings.
