I work with the different design styles, difficulty and purpose. The cost of the project depends on the complexity of the design solutions, the size of the area and the technical assignment. Final price will be calculated after the personal consultation.
Highly detailed visualization of projects in complex styles — from 45$ per render
Visualization of major commercial spaces (> 400 sq.m.) — rom 30$ per render
- 5-7 renders per room + close-up and art frames
- 2 rounds of editing
- Up to 4 PRO-models per room
You can purchase a 3d-panorama additionally.
Terms and timing
- Deadlines: from 2 to 4 business days before the drafts for each room
- Edits: from 1 to 3 business days per round
- Final rendering with post-processing from 1 to 3 business days (the timing of final rendering depends on the complexity of the design and details. Average time per frame: from 20 to 90 min.)
Additional services
- Additional editing round before final concept is approved — 20% of the room cost
- Additional editing round after final concept rendering — 50% of the room cost
- To purchase a 3d scene (.max) — 50% of the room cost

What are the deadlines for your work?
The deadlines are very individual and depend on the complexity of the design solutions, the size of the area and how well-prepared the technical assignment is.
Estimated deadlines per step:
1. Prior to first drafts:
- Preparing of geometry and models — from 1 to 3 days
- Frame selection and basic lighting — 1 day
- Texturing and accent lighting + drafts rendering — 1 day
2. Edits:
- Average deadline per one editing round is about 1 to 3 days. The work consists of finding new models, retexturing and editing lights scenarios for each frame + rendering time.
3. Final rendering and post-processing:
- The deadlines of the high resolution renders are also individual and depend on the complexity of the materials and the amount of details in the scene. Average rendering time per render — from 20 minutes to 2 hours. On average, the delivery of final renderings, including post-processing, does not exceed 3 working days.
What technical assignment consists of?
The technical assignment consists of all the information necessary for the correct setting of the task that we want to achieve in the project.
Aa well-prepared technical assignment consists of:
1. Construction plans, installation and dismantling drawings, design solution including the dimensions (+ceilings, doorways, window sills and other heights, etc.).
2. Wall elevations, cabinet furniture drawings with dimensions
3. Design mood boards and collages.
4. Direct links to the furniture, decor and materials.
5. Mood and lighting references (if you have any special preferences).
What about the payment process?
The payment process per one project is 50-50%:
— 50% — the prepayment after discussing the technical assignment and final cost, before the work on your projects starts.
— 50% — the final payment after the final concept is approved, before I provide a client with final high quality renders.
How do you formalize cooperation?
I’m registered for tax as self-employed, so I offer cooperation under a contract. I issue invoices, save and provide receipts when necessary.
Do you provide more PRO-models?
My price includes the purchase of pro models worth up to 70$ per project. In most cases, I’ve already purchased the models you need, or I have my own options from various stock sites. If you need to see how a specific pro model would look in addition to those I’ve already purchased, you’ll need to pay an additional fee based on the price list listed on the stock market or a fee for modeler’s work.
Would you do a test task?
I don’t offer free test assignments, as I believe skill level can be assessed based on a current portfolio. If you prefer, test assignments are charged at the standard, current price.
